CONSULTATION & HEARING TESTS
At Bury Hearing Centre we understand that Hearing loss can be isolating, challenging, and difficult to accept.
Hearing loss can occur naturally or progressively, and it is not just the person who has hearing loss who suffers from it. The people around them do too.
In our consultations, our priority is always to offer our clients the best advice for their hearing health. We promise that you will never feel under pressure to buy from us.
We aim to build a positive relationship with all our clients based on trust and an understanding that enables us to care for your hearing health in the long-term.
We offer a thorough consultation and hearing test, which allows us to establish and provide you with the most suitable solution for your hearing needs.
A full examination of the ear and the auditory canal will be conducted. Then, if it is appropriate to continue, we will conduct a full audiometric hearing assessment in our soundproof booth. Once this has been completed, you will receive a detailed explanation of the outcome and have plenty of time to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have.
A full consultation will take approximately 1.5 hours. We would advise all our patients to bring a spouse, partner, family member or friend for support.
As an independent hearing centre, we are in a position to offer a range of hearing aids, from all the major manufacturers.
